We are coaches, facilitators, academics, psychologists, technologists, and corporate veterans who have found each other in our quest to make leadership better. ABOUT: Gord's reinvention coaching focuses on executives and teams needing to develop the conscious mindset shifts to acquire the leadership capabilities, competencies, and skills necessary to scale their individual and team's collective leadership effectiveness. His focus is on helping leaders master the inner and outer game needed to continuously adapt to change, learn and pivot, deliver at speed, and thrive in a dynamically changing competitive market.

During his recent 12-year tenure at IBM, he's refined his expertise as an executive leadership development coach, agile leader, and design thinking coach. As IBM's former AgileTA Transformation Lead, he received IBM's Global 2020 Enablement award for my leadership development work with individuals and teams.
CREDENTIALS: IDM Master Certified Adult Developmental Coach, ICF PCC Certified Professional Coach and Certified IBM Core Blue Executive Coach. Gord holds extensive certifications, including Agile Leadership and Design Thinking, and is a certified Be Well, Lead Well guide. He is also a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario and possesses a profound grasp of the human aspects of leadership dynamics. His diverse qualifications offer a multifaceted approach to leadership coaching, equipping leaders to conquer the challenges of tomorrow.

France Cloutier
Executive Leadership Reinvention Coach
ABOUT: France Cloutier is an organizational development consultant focused on change and transformation. She brings a practical approach to applying leadership, project management and change management principles. She provides a range of services in French and English to support organizations and individuals navigate the internal and external aspects of transformation.

France is equally fluent in English and French.

Alex Wray
Executive Coach and Founder of the MindShift Program
ABOUT: Alex founded his leadership development firm in 1993 to grow leadership capacity, transform culture and achieve extraordinary business results. Over the past 25+ years, he has served a broad range of clients, from small entrepreneurial start-ups in Silicon Valley to the CEO offices of both Motorola and Ford Motor Company. He has vast experience and a particular depth in energy, finance, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and professional services. Their common challenge is change. Alex believes an organization won't change until its leaders change. He aligns the development of leaders to the results that matter most. As an innovator and implementer, Alex thrives in the practical, "where the rubber meets the road."
